If a file or disk is write-protected, deletion won’t be available, as deletion involves writing data. Windows has a policy preventing the deletion of files which are in use by operating system or programs. Also you can’t edit, move, rename or cut this file until the program using it gives it up. You can’t delete a file in use if it is being used by other program.
When I delete it with Command Prompt and still get error messages “The process can’t access the file because it is being used by another process” “Access is denied”.
